I HAVE ORDERED, NOW WHAT HAPPENS?

After completing your purchase you will receive an email confirming the order you just placed. Once we receive the order we will send it into production within 24/48 hours and you will receive a second email where you will be notified of the parcel's departure.

In general, for all orders coming from Europe, delivery times are expected from 5 to 10 working days. If you encounter any problems during or after your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at diefordripservice@gmail.com.

( Both shipping and delivery times must be calculated on the basis of exclusively working days, therefore excluding Saturdays and Sundays from the times listed above.)

DO YOU DO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Our policy provides a 30 day deadline for returns. If 30 days have passed from the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back unless you contact us first.

Any refund that is made within three days of the purchase date will be instant and without waiting times. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; It may take some time for the refund to be formally posted.
